How long does shipping take?

Standard domestic delivery usually takes 5-10 business days, international delivery 10-20 business days. Express shipping options are available at checkout.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! Orders over $50 qualify for free standard shipping. Orders below $50 have a flat $5.99 shipping fee.

How can I track my order?

After your order ships, we will send an email with the tracking number. You can also log in to your account to check tracking status.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy for all new, unopened items. Contact us to initiate a return. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item is defective.

How long does a refund take?

After we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 3-5 business days. The refund will be returned to your original payment method.

What payment methods do you accept?
